These rules apply to innovationcenterkg.com and to services of the State Institution “Innovation Center” under the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic (the “Center”). By using the site, requesting a resource, or visiting the premises, you confirm that you have read these rules.
Who provides the services
Services are provided by the State Institution “Innovation Center”. Address: 58a Erkindik Boulevard, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Bank details are published on the Bank details page.
Booking and enrolment
Not every resource can be booked online. If a catalog item has a Google Appointment calendar, the slot is reserved through that calendar. If there is no calendar, enrolment is by the phone or email shown on the site. A request is not always a confirmed booking: staff may still need to check availability.
Payment
Payment is collected on site when you visit, unless staff agree otherwise. The website does not take online card payments. Catalog prices are in Kyrgyz som. Free courses and library services are unpaid where the item card says so.
Visiting the Center
Please arrive early enough for a safety briefing and to prepare materials. The Center may refuse entry if safety rules are broken, property is damaged, or a visitor is intoxicated. Opening hours are shown in Contacts and may change on public holidays.
Equipment and FabLab
Machines, 3D printers, lasers, and other equipment may be used only after instruction and according to lab rules. You are responsible for materials you bring and for damage caused by your fault. The Center does not guarantee a prototype result and does not insure personal belongings.
YouthLab and minors
Courses and workshops for children and teenagers are booked by a parent or legal guardian. Whether an adult must stay on site depends on the session rules.
Limitation of liability
The website is informational. Descriptions, photos, and prices may change. The Center is not liable for outages of third-party booking tools, networks, or hosting. Claims about a provided service are handled under the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Governing law
The laws of the Kyrgyz Republic apply, including the Civil Code. Disputes should first be raised with the Center; if unresolved, they are considered by the courts of Bishkek.
